Rent winter season 2020-2021
IMPORTANT TO KNOW BEFORE YOU COME
- Arrival and departure day is on Sunday. On request, a different arrival day and short stay is possible.
- Arrival time depends on occupancy. Regular departure is 12 noon and arrival 3 pm.
- The prices include water, electricity and heating.
- Parking is free everywhere in the village (with the exception of day parking) and parking garages (paid).
- Tourist tax in Oz (€ 0.80 pppn for persons aged 19 and older) is included in the price all year round. The tax does not apply to persons under the age of 18.
- Final cleaning is expected to be self-organized. Our chalet is completely clean; it must be left in this state. If it turns out that this has not happened, an additional 235 euro cleaning costs may be charged.
- You must bring your own bed, toilet and household textiles.
- Bed linen service is optional and is not included. Please let us know when you want to rent bed linen (€ 10 pp per change per week).
- Smoking in the chalet is not allowed (so balcony is!)
- No pets are allowed in our chalet.
- On arrival a code will be provided with which the key safe can be opened and the chalet can therefore be entered.
- Two extra keys are present on the fireplace in the chaletg.
